Our approach
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design target. This is not a claim of certified conformance or a completed independent audit.
The site includes a skip link, visible focus styles, labeled form controls, expandable answers, reduced-motion styles, and responsive layouts. Form validation connects errors to their fields and directs focus to the first error.
Review and remaining work
Structural and automated checks run on every build. They do not establish that every task is accessible. Manual screen-reader testing remains outstanding.
The booking calendar loads after you request it. City pages use static map images that load as you reach them. Email provides another way to ask for location information or arrange a conversation; the external booking experience still needs review.

Email the page and what you were trying to do. Include your browser, device, or assistive technology if you can. We aim to reply within one business day and will give you the information or another way to complete the task.
