Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms cover this website—reading it, using the free tools, and sending us a message. They don't cover paid work. If we work together, that gets its own written agreement covering scope, price, and timeline, and that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

Using this site

You're welcome here. Read it, share it, quote it with attribution, run the tools as often as you like. What we'd ask you not to do: break into it, scrape it in ways that degrade it for everyone else, or use it to do something illegal. If something here is broken, we would rather hear about it than have it exploited.

The free tools

The Google Business Profile checklist, the AI Answer Visibility Check, the Tracking Health Check, the Proposal Red-Flag Checker, the Missed-Lead Calculator, and the website speed test are genuinely free. They're a starting point for a conversation, not a professional assessment.

  • The checklist scores your own answers. It doesn't inspect your site or your listings; it organizes what you tell it.
  • The visibility check reads three public files on the address you give it and reports what is there. It describes what a system can read—it does not predict whether any AI assistant will mention you, and nothing can measure that from outside.
  • The proposal checker and the missed-lead calculator both work from what you tell them. The checker flags terms worth questioning in a proposal; it can't judge whether a vendor is good at the work. The calculator is arithmetic on your own figures with a deliberately cautious recovery rate, and every step is shown—it is an estimate to argue with, never a measurement of your business.
  • The tracking check reads your homepage and the scripts it loads, and reports the analytics and advertising tags it finds. It doesn't run them, so anything a tag manager pulls in from its own container is invisible to it—which is why some findings say we can't tell rather than guessing. It also can't judge whether the data reaching your accounts is correct, only whether something is collecting it.
  • The speed test passes your URL to Google PageSpeed Insights and shows you what Google returns. That's a lab measurement of one page at one moment, not what your real visitors experience.
  • None of them account for your industry, your competitors, your budget, or anything specific to your situation. Don't make an expensive decision on a tool result alone. Ask us and we'll explain what a given result means for your situation.

What's on the rest of the site

Service pages, industry pages, and articles describe how we approach work and what tends to be true. They're information, not advice about your specific business, and they aren't legal, financial, or medical advice. Search engines, AI assistants, and the platforms we write about all change; we keep this current as best we can, but we can't promise every page reflects this morning's state of the internet.

Messages you send us

Send us what you need to explain your situation—but please don't send passwords, account credentials, payment details, health information, or anyone else's personal data through the contact form. If sensitive information is genuinely needed for the work, we'll set up something appropriate for it. How we handle what you do send is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Ideas you send us stay yours. We won't claim ownership of anything you describe in an inquiry.

What belongs to whom

The writing, design, code, and branding on this site belong to With Regard, LLC. The name and wordmark are ours. Everything else referenced here—Google, Cloudflare, and the other platforms we name—belongs to those companies, and mentioning them doesn't imply they endorse us.

Availability

We aim to keep this site up and accurate. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove pages, tools, or features. If a tool depends on someone else's service and that service changes or goes away, the tool may go with it.

Limits

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, With Regard, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the free tools—including decisions made on the basis of a tool result.

Some states don't allow those limits to be excluded, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything the law says can't be limited. Again: this concerns the website. Paid engagements are governed by their own agreement.

Links elsewhere

We link to other sites when they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do or say.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, we would prefer to resolve it directly—email bill@withregardco.com and we'll take it up by phone before either side involves counsel.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
