Content Strategy

Good content answers the questions your customers are asking—in plain language, in a form both people and AI systems can use. We plan and create content that earns organic traffic, builds authority, and supports your sales conversations.

  • Your blog has three posts, and the newest is from two years ago.
  • Every page says you're “committed to quality” and none says what you do.
  • You know your customers' questions by heart, but nothing on your site answers them.
  • You've been told to “just post more,” and it hasn't done anything.

What you get

  • Research into what your customers ask, in their words
  • A content plan sized to your real capacity—not an aspirational calendar that dies in month two
  • Written content that sounds like you: service pages, guides, FAQs, email sequences
  • A structure that builds topic authority page by page instead of scattering one-offs
  • A review process so nothing publishes that you couldn't stand behind

Where this service stops

  • We don't present generic research as your firsthand expertise—content that claims experience has to trace back to yours.
  • Social media posting and community management are outside this service.
  • We'll tell you when a topic isn't worth writing about, even if it was on the plan.

What we'd look at first

Before writing anything, we look at where content can earn its keep:

  • The questions you answer every week

What customers ask on calls and in person—the questions you're tired of repeating are the content plan hiding in plain sight.

  • What your pages say now

Where the current site is generic, thin, or silent on things buyers care about—cost, process, risk, comparisons.

  • What competitors publish

Not to imitate it—to find what they all skip, because that's where you can be the useful answer.

  • What only you can say

Direct experience, real examples, honest tradeoffs. The material that makes content credible instead of interchangeable.

Wondering if Content Strategy is the right first step?

Describe your situation and we'll say whether this service would help, and what we would do first. If it isn't worth the spend yet, we'll tell you that.

Is this the right starting point?

This service fits if

  • Your customers research before they buy, and you have real expertise worth writing down.
  • You can give us a few interviews—your knowledge is the raw material, and there's no substitute.
  • You want content you could defend in person, with your name near it.

Probably skip it if

  • You want mass-produced AI content to fill a calendar. Volume without substance doesn't build authority, and we won't pretend it does.
  • You need social media management—that's a different discipline, and not one we sell.

What to expect

  1. Listen first

Interviews with you, customer questions, and search data. The plan comes from what buyers ask, not a keyword dump.

  2. Plan to capacity

A realistic cadence you can sustain—with each piece assigned a reader, a question, and a job.

  3. Write, review, publish

Drafts you approve, facts you verify, and a publishing rhythm that survives busy months. Then we watch what readers do with it.

Timeline

Strategy and the first pieces typically come together within the first month. Content compounds from there—we review real search and reader data over time rather than promising a traffic date.

What we need from you

A few interviews up front, subject-matter review of drafts, and honest answers about what you know firsthand versus secondhand. Your expertise is the ingredient we can't substitute.

How pricing works

Strategy-only, full creation, or in between—each scoped as a defined engagement with clear deliverables. Ongoing content arrangements continue only while the plan still has worthwhile topics.

The questions buyers ask first

Straight answers to the two most common ones. If yours isn't covered below, ask—we answer either way.

Ask your question

How do you write helpful content for an industry you don't work in?

We begin with subject-matter interviews, customer questions, source material, competitive review, and a factual approval process. Your experience is the substance; our job is structure and clarity. We do not present generic research as firsthand industry expertise.

Will you use AI to write my content?

We use AI tools where they genuinely help—research support, outlines, first drafts of routine sections—and never as a substitute for your actual expertise. Everything is edited, fact-checked, and approved by a person. You'll never get a wall of generated text with your logo on it, because mass-produced content is exactly what readers and search systems are learning to discount.
